Electrical

Wallace Power can diagnose and repair electrical faults or carry out upgrades on your equipment, irrespective of the make or model of generator, including:

Manual or Auto changeover panels

New mains failure panels can be sourced to replace existing or obsolete units, these can be conventional contactor type or motorised switch with manual override facility. These panels are all built to the latest regulations using quality components and are competitively priced to offer you great value.

Electronic Governors

Upgrading with an electronic governor can be an ideal solution making your older, mechanically governed equipment more efficient, run with increased fuel economy and produce consistent, reliable power. By adding isochronous speed control and paralleling options you can bring older equipment back into active use without the expense of a major upgrade.

Control Panels

Control panels can be repaired or modified to suit new or existing applications. Whether you require an auto or remote start system, mains transfer control or synchronising capability, Wallace Power can deliver these to the highest of standards.

Alternator Rewinds

As part of our links with Meccalte Alternators, we work with leading winding specialists, Cabel to offer a full rewind service for your alternator. Alternators are thoroughly checked, inspected and analysed before being overhauled/rewound using industry leading resins and varnishes when required and wound components are impregnated using a Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) process.

We are also able to offer an option for severe environment protection to be included as part of the overhaul/repair process which is advised for equipment exposed to harsh conditions.

Mechanical

All mechanical work can be carried out by Wallace Power including full overhaul of prime movers, repair and replacement of fuel injection equipment, water-pumps and all other associated components. We can also offer full engine machining facilities, including but not limited to cylinder head re-surfacing and pressure testing; crank re-grinds and block machining and repairs.

Whilst your equipment is out of service Wallace Power can arrange and supply high quality rental generators and ancillaries to ensure your business continuity is least affected.
